DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours via DHL. Delivery time is 2-3 business days for countries on the continent of Africa and 5-7 business days for international orders. Pre-Order items will shipped when the product is available in our warehouse. During sale event and special promotions, there may be a slightly longer processing time due to surge in demand.

EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item to us for an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

REFUND

A full refund will be issued on all items purchased (except intimate products) provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached. All purchases are refunded via your original method of payment and you will be notified by email of the refund once this has been processed by our Returns Department. Refunds will take 3-5 days to show on your account once processed.

INTIMATE PRODUCTS REFUND

No refund or exchange on intimate products. This include lingerie and bras.
