DELIVERY

Orders placed before 2pm GMT will be processed and shipped out within 24 hours via DHL. EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item to us for an exchange. Items must be returned in their original condition with all tags attached.

REFUND

A full refund will be issued on all items purchased (except intimate products) provided they are returned within 14 days of delivery. All purchases are refunded via your original method of payment and you will be notified by email of the refund once this has been processed by our Returns Department.
